Subject: Re: How do i request official records?

The only information I have is as follows:

Walter Garcia #7773 (DOB 11/17/35)

ON 8/19/55, WALTER GARCIA WAS DRINKING WITH THE VICTIM IN A LOCAL BAR IN ELKO, NEVADA. THE VICTIM, WHO HAD BEEN DRINKING HEAVILY, BECAME QUITE BELLIGERENT. WHEN GARCIA ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE THE AREA, THE VICTIM GOT INTO HIS CAR AND REFUSED TO LEAVE. GARCIA DROVE THE VICTIM TO THE CITY DUMP AND FORCED HIM OUT OF THE CAR. WHEN THE VICTIM TRIED TO THE VEHICLE, GARCIA REACHED INTO THE BACK SEAT, OBTAINING A 30-30 RIFLE, AND SHOT THE VICTIM IN THE HEAD, KILLING HIM INSTANTLY.
