ACRE at MDW Fair

ACRE is pleased to particpate in the 2012 MDW Fair. The fair includes a vernissage preview night on Friday, November 9, 7-midnight and is open on Saturday. November 10 and Sunday, November 11, 12-6pm. ACRE’s booth will highlight its 2012-13 exhibition season and new curatorial program.

For the 2012-2013 season, a team of four independent curators has been assembled to produce approximately one half of ACRE’s post-residency exhibition program. For the MDW Fair installation, each guest curator has contributed writing, research material, ephemera, or physical artworks to represent each of their respective curatorial projects. These projects, each residing at different stages of development, are organized in near-chronological order to provide a snapshot of the new curatorial infrastructure.
