We are raising funds for our unique kitchen program, doing so much more than just feeding our artists. Meeting our goal will allow us to continue to source locally and conscientiously and also allow us to explore the many creative aspects of food and dining. Our dedicated and experienced chefs create a menu each year that reflects their perspectives as artists, highlighting local foods, creating surprising pairings of flavors, experimenting with innovative recipes and techniques, and integrating programming into the ritual of eating.
